STRIVE ADDS 21 ₿ AT $63,221 — 19,921 BTC ON THE BALANCE SHEET. THE OTHER PUBLIC CAP-STRUCTURE BUYER STILL BUYING.

Strive Inc. filed an 8-K reporting the purchase of 21 additional bitcoin between July 13 and July 17 at an average price of $63,221 per coin, inclusive of fees. Total holdings now stand at 19,921 BTC. The filing lands on the same tape where Strategy shipped a $263.5M ATM raise this morning and bought zero coins. That is the operator-class conviction test: two US-listed public treasury companies, one issuing common to hold the reserve pile, the other still routing capital directly into coin. Strive’s average cost this week ($63,221) sits below Strategy’s stack-average ($75,476). The smaller wrapper is buying the dip; the larger one is patching its cash line. Different sizes, different cap-structures, same 21-million cap on the other side of the trade.
